By applying to join Imperial Dragon Agency (“the Agency”), you (“the Creator”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to join.
     

  • You must have an active TikTok account in good standing (no current bans, suspensions, or major violations).
     

  • You must not be under contract with another TikTok LIVE Agency or Creator Network at the time of signing.
     

 

2. Creator Responsibilities

By joining the Agency, you agree to:

  • Respect the TikTok Community Guidelines and maintain a positive, respectful presence online.
     

  • Treat all community members, viewers, and other creators with respect — no harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or harmful behavior of any kind will be tolerated.
     

  • Produce authentic and original content that aligns with your personal brand and the Agency’s values.
     

  • Follow scheduling and collaboration agreements made with the Agency.
     

  • Communicate professionally with Agency staff and other creators.
     

 

3. Agency Support

Imperial Dragon Agency agrees to:

  • Provide creators with growth strategies, support, and access to monetization opportunities.
     

  • Offer brand collaboration and partnership opportunities where available.
     

  • Ensure all guidance follows TikTok’s terms, conditions, and community policies.
     

 

4. Content Standards

Creators must not produce or promote content that includes:

  • Nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult services.
     

  • Hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
     

  • Dangerous, illegal, or violent acts.
     

  • Misinformation, scams, or spam-like behavior.
     

Violation of these content standards may result in immediate removal from the Agency network.

 

5. Confidentiality

All information, communications, and partnership opportunities shared by the Agency are confidential.
Creators may not disclose or share this information publicly or with third parties without written consent from the Agency.

 

6. Termination

Imperial Dragon Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms or TikTok’s policies.
     

  • You engage in behavior that damages the Agency’s reputation.
     

  • You are inactive for extended periods without notice.
     

You may also request removal from the Agency network at any time with written notice.

 

7. Liability

Imperial Dragon Agency is not liable for any damages, account suspensions, or losses resulting from actions on TikTok or other platforms.
Creators are fully responsible for their conduct and content.

 

8. Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
     

  • You will uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect within the TikTok community.
     

  • You understand that this agreement does not guarantee agency approval or partnership, but is required for participation consideration.
